Our gallery / project space contains 170 m2  over two floors in Thissio, one of the most sought-after and well-situated neighbourhoods in Athens. Just around the pedestrianised Apostolou Pavlou street that rings the Acropolis, you find our Bauhaus style building on the corner of Nileos and Amfiktionostreet. Surrounded by Psiri, Gazi, Koukaki and Monastiraki, SiC in Athens is situated in the midst of a calm and authentic Athenian middle-class neighbourhood with many cultural, gastronomical and edible treasures.

Our high-level finished space is perfect for hosting a workshop, lecture, mini symposium, educational activities and of course available as an exhibition space. With its own ground-level access from Nileos street, the upper part of our gallery is accessible. A private interior staircase leads to the basement space. A separate pantry and toilet are available. SiC has professional lighting, a security system and AC.

How we work
SiC emphasizes collaboration both thematically and practically. In a setting of hospitality we prioritize the quality of the process, offering experiences of research and experimentation. The project aims to attract audiences through personal networks and actively seeks new cooperation partners. Activities are developed in collaboration with different partners, exploring various business models and strategies to keep our practice sustainable. See our Activities.
